Who runs Renvo Properties
Renvo Properties is run by Jack Ross. We buy houses directly from owners across Ontario and Alberta — no listing, no showings, no agent commission payable to us.
We work with a group of investor partners. Our purchase agreements include a short due-diligence period, and an agreement may be assigned to one of those partners. We explain that plainly before anything is signed, so you always know who you are dealing with.
Every purchase closes through real estate lawyers. We do not operate a walk-in office — we cover both provinces from one small team, by phone, email and site visits arranged with you.
