Privacy Policy

When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property and your situation. Every question is optional — you decide what to share.

We also record basic technical information that comes with a web visit, such as the page you arrived from and the campaign link you used, so we know which pages are useful.

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about your property and, if it looks like a fit, to prepare and discuss an offer. We may follow up by phone, text or email.

Your information is stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), which processes it on our behalf. If a sale moves forward, we share what is needed with the real estate lawyers handling the closing, and with an investor partner if the agreement is assigned — we explain that before anything is signed.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the conversation or for a completed transaction and the record-keeping that follows it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can opt out of our texts and emails at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us. We will stop contacting you.

Under Canada's PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@renvoproperties.ca and we will respond.

We use reputable service providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to help with your property.
